To identify the markets that requires our services customers� information like selection of flowers/gifts, country of the senders and recipients are being used. The information and the result of the research are maintained secretly.

b. Channel for Communicating Purchase and Delivery Status:
Email addresses of the senders are used to keep updations of the status of the purchases (e.g. proof of purchase by forwarding the receipt to the customers) and also that of the delivery status (e.g. informing customer if the order has not been fulfilled).

c. Products and Services Updates:
Email addresses of senders and recipients are also required for informing them about the updated services and also about the arrival of the new products.

d. Festivals and Other Promotions:
Email addresses of the senders and recipients are also required for festivals and other promotional purposes.

2. How will you deal with my contact information that is used during purchasing process?

The contact information as provided by the customers like their selection of bouquets, delivery date as entered in the Delivery Information Form during purchase is being maintained through the secured merchant database. We also store the print-outs safely for further uses.

3. Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not store any information regarding your Credit Card. In fact, we have no idea of your Credit Card number. You have to enter your Credit Card number directly in the form as posted in the credit card payment gateway while purchasing. Thus your Credit Card information will be stored in a secured way through this Credit Card Payment Gateway.
