Refund Policy

1. How is the process of refund carried out?

In case any one of the above mentioned criteria is being fulfilled then the refund processing will put into action within three days. As soon as the refund is successfully processed you will be informed about it through a mail notification. You must keep this refund notice safely for checking against your monthly credit bill.

2. What are the conditions of getting back the refund and when it is possible?

Customers will get their refund back for the following criteria:

a. Cancellation of Orders upon Request:

The amount returned back with an order cancellation is stated below in the following chart:

Amount Refunded	Conditions
100%	if credit card is not being charged and the flowers/gifts are not been ordered from our suppliers.
90%	if credit card is being charged but the flowers/gifts are not been ordered from our suppliers.
30%	if orders of flowers/gifts are given from our suppliers
0%	if the ordered flowers/gifts have already left from our office/shop.

b. Receivers not pleased with the delivered Flowers/Gifts:

If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, subject to the other points of our terms & condition and provided that :

>> Receivers instantly deny accepting the orders of flowers/gifts and immediately return it back at the address stated on the Delivery Order in intact condition.

AND

>> Customers must inform us through mail stating their cause of discontent. Also we request you to mention the Transaction ID and the names of the senders and recipients in the Email form. For the assessment and further improvement of our customer services this information is required.

c. Unavailability of the types or colors of Flowers/Gifts specified by customers:

The website reserves the right to replace the products with another product of the same or higher value, if the ordered flower/gift types or colors are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment. No refund request will be accepted for this reason.

d. Delivery Locations beyond our Delivery Network:

If any location is situated out of Bangalore or if any location within Bangalore is out of our reach then it�s beyond our control.
